Please ensure that you measure your size accurately, please refer to mearsuring methods here. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing.
Natural formatiion
We strive to provide accurate, unedited photos taken in both indoors and outdoors natural lighting; however, variations may occur. All stones have natural formations and unique characteristics. By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations. Please request additional photos prior to purchasing if needed.
Please Inspect Items Upon Receipt
You are encouraged to record an uninterrupted video of the package opening from start to finish. If an item is received incorrectly, please contact immediately at QT3E@outlook.com. Claims will only be accepted with a complete, continuous video recording.
Shipping Damages
Please let us know immediately and take photos and videos of the package while opening as evidence. We will use it to file a claim with the shipping carrier, and after the shipping company verifies the compensation, we will refund you. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages that has been confirmed delivered by carrier.
Changes and Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of placement, as courtesy. We work quickly to ship your order, so once a shipping label has been created, cancellatios are no longer possible. You must email us immediately at QT3E@outlook.com
