My 10-year-old kiddo never stops amazing me with her creativity, she finds so much joy in making art! Tonight she wanted to keep making more, but I had to remind her it's bedtime and she can create more tomorrow after finishing her homework. She even told me she wants to donate part of the proceeds to support Axolotl conservation causes! I am so proud of her.
She's made a few adorable green variations too, you can find them in our online gift shop: Our Handcrafted Design
Even when she was just a toddler, she had this beautiful fascination about helping animals and learning the science behind it. Her favorite show back then was The Octonauts—she’d watch it wide-eyed, soaking up every little detail about creatures and their habitats. 🌊🦑 She’s always been so curious about how animals and insects survive, and her love for the natural world has only grown since.
I still remember a time a few years ago when she was so passionate about the idea of starting a foundation or sanctuary to help protect endangered species. I used to playfully tease her and say, “What if we brought back dinosaurs?” — and she'd giggle but still stay determined in her mission. She's always had a big heart and an even bigger imagination.
I’m so proud to say my kiddo got my creative spark and her dad’s tall genes.
My daughter has such a sweet love for natural stones like amber and amethyst—they truly spark her imagination. I’m currently on the lookout for beautiful, natural untreated stone beads so we can create even more jewelry together. Personally, I have a soft spot for aventurine and jade—they’re just so calming and lovely. 💚 Stay tuned and check back with us soon—we’re excited to share more handmade treasures from our little duo!
Oh and here is some of my designs with aventurine natural stones
